Est. 1905 · Bikaner → Delhi → London
Sweetness, asroyalty remembers it.
Legendary mithai, chaat and pure vegetarian cooking from the house that fed old Delhi, now serving London the same way: fresh, by hand, every morning.
A legacy of taste
The journey crossed continents.
The taste never moved.
1905
Kandoi Bazaar, Bikaner
Bal Mukund ji and his son Ganga Dhar ji set up shop in Bikaner's candy bazaar, selling batasha, mishri and makhana.
1950s
Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Lal Chand ji sends his sons to Delhi; shops follow in Nai Sadak and Moti Bazar. By 1981, the city has lovingly named them Bikanervala.
2025
London
225+ outlets around the world later, the family arrives in Britain: Hounslow, Southall and Ilford, with more on the way.
